Nancy brings more than 25 years of progressive experience in accounting, payroll, and business operations in her role as Office Manager and Bookkeeper. Her career began with an 11-year tenure at Noranda Metallurgy as a Credit Analyst, followed by two decades as owner and operator of a national electronics franchise in Bobcaygeon. In 2019, she returned to Oakville to be closer to family and continue advancing her professional journey. Nancy is a designated Payroll Compliance Professional and is currently completing her Certified Human Resources Professional designation, further strengthening her expertise in people management and organizational effectiveness.
